OSCOTECH Organizes Transformative 2-Day Leadership Retreat for 2024/2025 Student Union Executives.

Prinaj,Ere-Jesha, Osun State | April 8-9, 2025.

The Osun State College of Technology, Esa-Oke, through the Directorate of Students’ Affairs, successfully hosted a 2-Day Leadership Retreat to orientate and equip the newly elected SUG and SRC leaders for the 2024/2025 academic session.

The program held at Prinaj Hotel, Resort & Suites, Ere-Jesha, the retreat featured intensive sessions facilitated by principal officers of the institution, designed to sharpen leadership skills,to instill institutional values, and strengthen student representation.

Interactive Forums: Several open discussions gave room for questions, contributions, and real-time feedback from the participants.

Core Messages Delivered:-

Student leaders were reminded that effective leadership thrives on clear communication, active listening, and factual dissemination. One of the most engaging sessions highlighted how managing what students hear is just as important as what is said.

The retreat concluded with a renewed sense of duty among student leaders, who departed with tools and insights to serve their colleagues responsibly. The Directorate reaffirmed its support for student-led initiatives that promote peace, excellence, and accountability on campus.
